Are you running Win3.x? Maybe try not loading emm386.exe so it won't
cause a memory conflict.
Do you have another PC card to work with? I've a TP 760ELD which has a
similar problem once in awhile, it just stop reconizing the cards
eventhough nothing have changed and I'll have to re-install differrent
drivers to get them back. This happened in both Win3.x and Win95.
