List maintainer? Problem with -REQUEST?

Hi Friends
Sorry to soak up bandwidth with this but I've tried the usual 
route....

I need to unsub from the list. I have sent numerous requests to the 
server (thinkpad-request@...) to unsubscribe over the past few weeks 
and no luck. Any help appreciated..... I've been missing student 
email in my mailbox due to list traffic so I am unsubbing from lists 
until the semester is over (thus, nothing against the list!)
