	It is a toughie, isn't it?
	First, you realize that the system won't do safe suspend or hibernate
without this file?  And why you can't spare 26MB on a 1200MB disk I won't
ask.
	Now, I did this once, just for the heck of it, and I think you've got to
remove all the atrributes, and disable hibernate mode in the BIOS setup,
and then delete it. I just did it again in Windows 95, but I think in 3.xx
you have to rename it as well because it has invalid characters in the
default name.  If you don't disable it in the BIOS, you'll create a new one
next time you reboot.
