Hi.
I have a problem, and it's driving me nuts.
I have a desktop with an EtherExpress Pro/10+ running NT.
I'm trying to share files and folders with a Thinkpad 750C running Windows
95. They are hooked into a Linksys 5 port workgroup hub.
Okay...the computers can see each other, but after a while, the network
will "hang". I used tohave NT installed on the Thinkpad also, and when it
hung, I'd get "Dr. Watson" on the thinkpad complaining about some service
error. So, I though it was a resource conflict, and hence, I tried
installing 95 with its PnP support. Well..unfortunately, it's still
hanging, and I have NO idea what is the problem. It takes for instance 4
minutes to copy a 2.5 Mb file across the network... Does anyone know
anything about this IBM Ethernet PC Card? I used to use it some time ago,
andit seemed to work fine. Could it be the hub? Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks...
