I believe now that the chip on a 350c is soldered on, but if changing 
chips is possible on other pads, why not mine. 

A 486/25 changed to 486/100 is a 4 x speed difference. wow!

I would be willing to take a chance on this if it is at all possible and 
can be done by someone in the sf bay area.
