I'm using precisely this configuration.
There are two problems I've encountered:
- The bundled installation floppy failed to work. The drivers from the
MHz site installed successfully, but only on 2nd attempt.
- As with all X-Jacks, the RJ-11 phone jack blocks access to the 2nd
PCMCIA 
socket when plugged in. 

Other than that, the card functions perfectly.
