Well I have a major problem with getting the Assymetrix video capture
program to run. This is the preinstalled version 3.0c that comes
with the tp.
I have successfully used it i the past BUT now that the video is shot
and the presentation is in the AM I cannot get the @#$%^ thinsg to
function properly.
the problem.
when I attempt to start the capture program I recieve an error
message that says:
DVPCAP caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at
0000.baab897a
Registers
(a long list of registers)
BYTES
(a long list of bytes)
I then try to restart the capture program and it starts BUT the
capture screen is green (as well as the text) and there is no picture on the screen.
When i close the program (because it does not work) I get a green
stain on the screen that tints all icon text etc that is overlayed on
top of it.??????
I recently installed DirectX video drivers for a game! MPG playback
on the media player was lost but AVI was OK.
I reinstalled video for windows v1.10 but no luck.
Anyone have any ideas as to the fix for this? Or the cause?
Thanks for any input. If you know how to fix it and are in North

rather frustrating.
