I ran the server software in a DOS window on a W95 machine. My client
was running WIndows 3.1. I believe that, to work properly, the
client-side CDLINK software has to be mounted by DOS as a device driver
(i.e., W95 won't auto-recognize the CD) using the usual DOS
MSCDXXXX.sys/MSCDEX combination; the server-side can be anything (W31,
W95, OS2, Unix) that can run DOS programs in an environment where the
printer port is visible.
