The best solution I've heard is to use a leather Bible case. Get one with a
big crucifix on the front (the doves don't quite cut it). There's a St. Pauls
shop in most cities - they usually have a selection.
If a thief comes along, he's not likely to be interested in stealing a Bible.
The TP701 should fit in there just fine - add your own padding.
