Sorry for the delay....

I have finally found something which will help those without the Plus! Pack
use the .DLL I've provided. Go to the MS website on this address: 

http://www.microsoft.com/truetype/grayscal/smoother.htm 

and get the "Font Smoothing Update" (w95gray.exe). As well as smoothing
larger fonts rather than having jagged edges, it will give you a tab, in
the display properties, called "Plus!", where you will be able to change
the "My Computer", "Recycle Bin" and "Network Neighbourhood" icons.
