I just purchased a Thinkpad 365XD (2625-ERF) and am wondering if it's 
ok to leave the battery in the case all the time?  Or should I be 
removing it when not in use?

I also zapped the config.sys and autoexec.bat that came with the unit 
(don't ask -- an impolite DOS program overwrote them during 
installation), and wonder if anyone has copies they could send me.  
The configuration would be for a machine with a 4X CD-ROM and 8 MB 
of memory.

Lastly, how can I tell which display type I have?  Is there some clue 
in the model number?
