  If you don't mind leaving win95 intact, just get into msdos.sys and 
change the "BootGUI=1" line to read "BootGUI=0".  Then it will act much 
like DOS/Win3.1 did.  It will boot to DOS, then if you want to run Win95 
just type "win" and hit enter.

  You will have to change the atributes for msdos.sys 'attrib msdos.sys 
-s -h -r" so you can edit it, then change it back with "attrib msdos.sys 
+s +h +r".  If you are that much of a DOS person that would be easy.  =)

  With Win95 msdos.sys just becomes a place to store some settings.

  You could always wipe away Win95 entirely, but I'd recommend keeping it 
intact.
