I was wondering if anyone has been able to get the xf86quake version to run on a thinkpad 755 or any other laptop with the WD90C24A video card. I have XFree86 3.2A. When I try to run it I get the following error: [derelict@pimplimp /usr/local/lib/quake]$ ./xf86quake Added packfile ./id1/pak0.pak (339 files) FindFile: can't find gfx/pop.lmp Playing shareware version. VID_Shutdown video memory protecting video memory protecting [derelict@pimplimp /usr/local/lib/quake]$ This happens when I try to run as root also. Is my video card not capable of running it?
