The deal was (in part) that they manufacture the chips for Cyrex, and get
some quota
that they can make extra and sell under their own brand name.

They were also fabbing the Nextgen clones, but I don't know if they still are 
now that AMD (with their own fab line) has bought Nextgen.

THe last I knew, IBM has never built Pentiums under Intel license.  That deal
stopped at the 486 level.

Though I have had some close contact to these issues, all this info has been
in public press releases.
