I have had my Thinkpad a whole 3 weeks and already have to send it to
EasyServe. I FINALLY received the rest of my memory today and installed it.
I booted up my system, and as normal, my password prompt came up. However,
my keyboard decided to go into retirement. So, I can't boot up my computer.
I called tech support and they are sending me the box tomorrow to pack up my
Thinkpad and then call FedEx. Is there any kind of credit you can get it you
have all your notes for a class that you have a test in on Monday??? I won't
have my Thinkpad back until Tuesday at the earliest. I can't study for my
PSI test. Is it possible to get any kind of a credit?
