Video CD Sources ?

So, where do people buy Video CD's?  They are scarce in London.
Perhaps name of company, phone number, some idea of what they
stock might be helpful, and rough prices.  I'd be particularly
interested in a source for Humphrey Bogart/Ingrid Bergman in
"Casablanca" -- as well as current blockbuster movies.  I may
resort to transfering to AVI and Xing MPEG'ing my own copy of
Casablanca if I can't find it somewhere for sale.
