Yes, its the same that was once sold for $395 go figure. Ye sit support Both Ethernet (RJ45) and phone (modem 14,4) conectors, at the same time.

You will need a driver that writes to the formware of the card so that is is recognized under Win95. The driver file is HAWIN95.EXE I think or .ZIP and you can find it by following the links from the URL mentioned above.

BTW, I am using one right now on my 365XD.
