A removable back would be a *great* feature on laptops - I'd work
outside all the time if I could see my screen in the sun.

Yes, but a good monitor has much more saturated color, especially monitors
optimized for brightness rather than accuracy (e.g., NEC and Nokia).
Now, if only they weren't so heavy to lug around:-)
