registration shmegistration

Several of you responded (thanks again) to my request to repost the item re
the IBM registration address at:

http://www.pc.ibm.com/register/thinkpad.html

I've corresponded with the original author, who says I must have missed a
"login" link where IBM spits out the particulars of the just-registered
machine. (This is what I thought made the post interesting in the first
place).

I'm sure I've already spent too much time on this silly little quest, but
I'm just not seeing such a login button. All I get is a generic "thanks for
registering" notice, and have seen no details on my unit.

Any help on this?
