Q: TP750 model numbers

Folks

I'm busy filling in those wonderful registration pages that everyone has 
been talking about, but I now realise I am short of some information.

My Thinkpad is a mono 750, machine type 9545. Does anyone have the model 
number for that machine (340MB HDD)? I have all that at home, but I'm
not there and I'm just too excited to wait the entire weekend before
completing the form!

If anyone on UK (or near) time is reading this list this morning
(Friday, July 11th) and knows the answer, could they post it, please?
