Hello,
I just installed Windows 95 on a ThinkPad 701CS and
I am having trouble using the external floppy drive.
With the drive connected before I boot the machine,
Windows cannot see Drive A:. This problem occurs
both when I use File Manager and when I open a DOS
console. However, when I shutdown to MS-DOS mode,
I can change directory and view the floppy. The strange
thing is that all the while I was installing, the installation
disks could be read from the drive.
Please reply to my address below.
Thanks.
