701 and Home & Away modem/LAN PC card and Win95 problems

I'm having problems configuring the H&A PC card in win95. Win 95 tells me to use different drivers.
I'm using the latest one from the IBM HAWIN disk (feb 97), and I booted it and reset the PC card to work with Win95.

Any suggestions?
