Hi, I've been reading this list for several days and have found very little about the 750. I need some help. I know it's an old machine, (according to Support at IBM, a very old machine) but I only want to use it for word processing, faxing, and hopefully add it to the peer-to-peer network of my two desktop PCs. I've already got a H&A combo pcmcia. My problem is that I bought it from an auction and it came with no owner's manual, and it needs a battery. IBM wants $174 for the manual and $199 for a battery. Not a li-ion, mind you, just a regular battery. I've found batteries for as little as $112, which still seems too much, but "you gotta do what you gotta do." If anyone can help me find an owner's manual at a reasonable price I would really appreciate it. Thanks for reading, Will jww@blueridge.net
