About 1 yr. ago I upgraded my 701 to a 1.3GB Toshiba, the model number
started off MK130. I didn't install the drive myself but it has worked
with out any apparent problem since then (it did seem a bit louder
than the original when first installed)

i like to know if anyone has upgraded their 701 HD
to a toshiba slimline 2.1GB HD (model: mk2103).
would like to know the list's experience regarding
