You can't beat the OS support and virtually universal support provided by
Adaptec.
Model 1460. Gives you all the PCMCIA you'll want. A bit more than your
stated price range though.
By the way, there's almost *never* anything that's "genuine IBM"--almost
everything with an IBM name on it is made by someone else. Its a mistake
to think its better only because IBM's name is on it. Look at the new
Workpad as an example.
