TP701C HDD Swap ?

Information requested as Follows:

 

1.) Can a Toshiba 2.5-inch slimline 1.44GB HDD, i.e. MK-1401MAV be used in a TP701C using the existing caddy?

 

2.) If yes, what will be required to make the swap and how?

 

3.) Pro's and Con's of such a swap if item 2 above is applicable?
