Sounds like traditional IBM. Some stuff works great,
other stuff, maybe not. They were ready to charge me
just to REPLACE my defective Home & Away (on a lifetime
warrany, BTW). And they couldn't help with the OS/2 Ethernet
drivers, otherwise they'd have to charge me. Doesn't say that in
the manual.
