I'm at wits end after having talked to seemingly everyone's tech support. I can't seem to get the browser part of my AT&T software loaded. I keep getting a variety of I/O error messages that seem to pop up under a variety of conditions. When I'm not getting those the install simply hangs on a file. The most maddening part was that one time I got it to disk 5 of 5 and 99% loaded before it hung. It seemed to be a faulty floppy drive and IBM agreed with me and sent out a replacement: No Joy! with either the original AT&T software disks or replacements that they sent me. So I tried installing it from their CD-ROM through the PCMCIA, but the machine keeps telling me that the disk is not ready. Has any of you out there experienced similar problems loading software?
