[TP365XD] Active Matrix Flashes

Starting last night, the active matrix display on my TP 365XD seems to be on
the fritz.  It is less than a year old.  About every 10 seconds, but more
frequently at certain times (especially when Windows 95 first starts), there
are bright or dark flashes on the screen.  They do not happen on the entire
display at once, it happens in blocks or lines.  What do I do?
