- resubscribe with your new address and unsubscribe your old one. 
- set up something like .forward (if you are a Unix user) pointing to your
  new address. 
- ask your old sysadmin to set up a mail alias for you, pointing to yout
  new address. If you change providers, he is more than unlikely to
  proceed. 
- use a general mail alias which you shift from one real address to the
  other.
