Re: Upgraded 701C Benchmark Results

To the list

I would like to interject my good thoughts on PEP...

I know Michael has been on this list numerous times but when it was time to
demonstrate all the hype... he and PEP came though loud and clear.

In the past couple of years I've bought several hard drives from PEP to
upgrade client's various ThinkPad models.

Last month one of my clients had a hard disk crash...my first in 6
years...an interesting experience...but I digress...

I phoned Michael explaining my "challenge" and after saying they were not
set up to "hot ship" a replacement drive to Canada, he, realizing that my
VIP client was "dead in the water" agreed to "hot ship" a replacement drive
that afternoon to arrive by 10 a.m. the next morning...

True to his word, the hard drive arrived and my client was up an' runnin'
that afternoon (the next day!!!) fully restored...ahhhhh...the benefits of
current backups...

My 2 cents from a satisfied customer of PEP....

Hugh
