Hi, If you want a Dock II, they can be had for a lot less than $299 (plus Onsale's outrageous shipping charges). I've seen them listed for $125 at various vendors and by individuals posting to news groups. I've also seen them sell at other online auctions for under $100. Of course, htese prices are for used units, and Onsale has new ones, but still....
