Mine has the problem despite I'm using what seems to be the 35W ac
FRU p/n 85G6736
The sales person did mention that he had this AC-caused-flickering in a
previous batch.
Anyway, he is doing some testing and should be getting back to me
soon.

look what i found on the ibm web page. maybe it is the same with
the 560?

LCD Screen Flicker
ThinkPad 760
A problem has been found with the 40W AC Adapter that has been
shipping with some
ThinkPad 760 models. The system of the problem shows as a
Flickering LCD Screen when
the battery is being charged - usually within the 30-50%
region.
This problem is fixed by replacing the 40W Adapter (FRU p/n
49G2196) with the 35W
Adapter (FRU p/n 85G6701).
All ThinkPad 760 models now ship with the 35W adapter as
standard.
