Any old thinkpad pen unit parts out there?

Anybody have any old Pen based Thinkpads laying around?  Models 700T,
710T, 730T, 360P/360PE, 750P?  I'd kind of like to build one from scraps
but I don't know where to go to find parts.

I'm an individual, not a company, if that matters...
