suspend mode on 365x

Hi everyone,

Another 365x question...

When I put the computer into suspend mode and then press the function
key, the thinkpad restarts in a smaller screen size, only filling 3/4
of the screen (640 x 480).  Anything I can do fix this problem?
At the moment I have reboot for it to return to 800 x 600.
