FP32 and TP760EL -> trap 000d

After applying Fixpack 32 into my Thinkpad 760EL I get this msg:

Exception in device driver: ES16881$
TRAP 000d ...etc usual trap crap...

So obviously the reason to this trap is my es1688 drivers.
Does anyone know WHICH driver version works with FP32 ?

I tried to install older es1688 drivers but with same trap on boot..
