battery problem!

Does anyone know what could be possible wrong with my tp, when I put my
battery to its place my tp dosent switch on, its like short circuit same
with supply voltage if battery is inside in tp but without battery no
problem and when I switch it on and put battery after it says like
defective battery. But I took my batteries to battery service and they said
batteries are all right! Anyone had same kinda problems before??
