I just took delivery of one of these, and can confirm that this model
being sold by Surplus Direct is for the 365X line. The FRU marked on
the unit is 82H8160.
The parts list for the 365X can be found in the on-line IBM Hardware
Reference manuals, at http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/cdt/hmm.html. I noticed
that they do list a part, "Miscellaneous Cable Kit", 74H0574, which
apparently includes a CD-ROM to system board cable.
