The .inf file that came with the driver has lots of stuff commented out -
presumably this is stuff IBM deemed not relevant to my machine.  I assume
that IBM would not be offering this file as is unless it *was* for this
machine.

I used 24 bit color on my 701, but that was TFT and this is DSTN.
