Still got the problems with screen going blank, even after Hardware
detection off, and no Sound-blaster
A more major problem is as follows.
I am trying to use IBM PCMCIA EtherJet PC Card. Having downloaded the
latest drivers for this card (12-97), I get SYS1719 message, that
IBMEXNDI.OS2 is not a valid driver. Trying an older device driver, I also
experience that the Thinkpad is very sesitive to the card, Inserting the
Card with cable, makes a total Crash, I must remove the battery and the
power Cable to be able to repoot the PC. In the PC Card director file I
find that the PCMCIA EtherJet Card is not listet as a tested Card. Would
another Card be a better solution?
Can anyone help?
Best Regards
