I don't know about the UltraBay, but AFAIK, the HD inside is just a standard
EIDE 2.5" drive.  I'm not sure how to open it up either, but you just swap the drives
and go.  Some people have talked about newer drives needing a jumpered pin.

I don't know about this, however.
