I was thinking about buying an external SCSI DVD drive to hook up
to my Thinkpad 760CD through an Adaptec SlimSCSI adaptor.
Since the TP760CD as MPEG-2 HHR hardware assisted playback, would
this hardware setup be able to play DVD movies? Would any special
software be required to playback DVD movies on the TP760CD? What
would be the resolution for the region code problem describe below?
