Re: APM Support on Linux 2.0.33 (again, sorry)



How are you booting linux?  Are you using lilo or loadlin?  On my 755CD, I
get kernel panics while booting when I use loadlin with the win95 version
of DOS.  The fix for me was to either boot with lilo or to boot PC-DOS 7.0
and run loadlin from there.  If you are experiencing this perhaps I can
give a little more detail.  If I am totaly off, you can just nuke this
message with a mighty "D"!
