It REALLY bothered me, but took me months to send it in (hassle with Easyserve, and find a time when I didn't need it at school). About getting a worse keyboard, that wouldn't suprise me. Now I have working mouse buttons, but a broken TrackPoint III stick, because this keyboard is about as bad as the last one.
