I have a 701 which - like the 560 - features an external floppy drive. For
me it's a definite plus, because I very seldom use it anyway: I'm
connected to a LAN both at home and at work and I normally don't need to
exchange files or install software when travelling. Weight is everything
when travelling and it's nice not to have to carry anything superfluous.
I'd buy a 560 over a 600 any time. Of course not everybody is the same and
it's good IBM is catering for everyone's tastes :-)
