Could they? AFAIK, there are no 64MB modules for the TP701, the biggest are 32MB. I believe only Kingston and Viking Components offer the 32MB modules: http://www.kingston.com/catalog/memory/ibm168.htm http://www.vikingcomponents.com/products/ram.html Given that the TP701 is now an obsolete product, I doubt any manufacturer would start making 64MB modules for it.
