If you know a roofer, or pass a commercial construction site, ask for a peice of EPDM. Its black rubber, comes in both 0.030" and 0.060" think. You could also go to a roofing supply house, but they would want to sell you a peice off the 10' roll propably, however, its great stuff for table top protectors, tool chest covers and bed sheets too! `:) Keep in mind that rubber is an insulator (ie not a good conductor of heat) so don;t go overboard. But seriously, I have found that the tacky-est feet are on 3com hubs and switches. Its a grey compound amd is REALLY tacky. If you know someone who could get their hands on some do. dp
