TP750 / TP755CX : TV tuner

Hi,

   Does anyone know if the TV tuner for the ThinkPad 750
   can be made to work in the ThinkPad 755CX (SVGA, TFT) ?

   I recently got such a tuner.  It comes with a diskette
   marked "System Program Service Diskette", containing
   a program which is supposed to be run before installing
   and operating the TV tuner.  However, when I tried this,
   it gave me back:

      "Message

       The diskette in the default drive will not run on this system.
       Your system is now locked.  To restart your system, press
       Ctrl+Alt+Del."

   The tuner fits in the ThinkPad as a replacement for the diskette drive,
   is labelled "IBM ThinkPad 750 TV TUNER PACK", and has part numbers
   FRU P/N 66G6681 and ASM P/N 59G3731.

   My suspicion (well, my hope!) is that this hardware works also in
   the 755CX, but needs a different "System Program Service Diskette".
   If anyone has a TV tuner working in a 755CX (SVGA, TFT), could you
   please check the part number of the hardware to see if it matches
   the above?  And if so, could you send me a copy of the corresponding
   "System Program Service Diskette"?

   Or, if you know for sure that it cannot be done, then please tell me,
   so that I can return the tuner to the seller.
