Re: New support forums gone?
You have to 'logon' to the support site in order to 'see' the support forum
selection. As to the "company store" option, I don't see that there. They
appreciate assistance from other users. For example, one of the "threads" is on
printing problems with a 760C from Warp 4. There is a known problem with the
spooler and certain printers. The IBM rep did not know the address for Warp
fixes, however I do and posted it. I'm guessing this is the purpose of the
"forums", much like the Best of OS/2 forum (not hosted nor run by IBM.)
