Bill,

Go here:  http://www3.pc.ibm.com/support  and select logon.  If you've
never done this before, it'll ask you to build a profile with machine info
(just pick a system you have handy) and select a userid and password.  Then
it'll let you log on, and you'll see the menu with the forums.

This is a much better substitute for CompuServe, though, if that's what
you're looking for.  The web forums are clunky and slow, IMO.  Very tedious
to work with after using Eudora and TapCIS.
